My tool bag is full to help you in any stage of life. I will help you on an actions level and/or help you understand your unconscious mind. The unconscious is what rules your deep beliefs, your identity, your triggers from the past, and your internal motivation. It is SO powerful and quick to find what is in the subconscious and then rapidly make lasting change.
My podcasts focuses on four categories of life...
1. Personal empowerment: Time management, self-esteem, limiting beliefs, sometime losing our children, losing our parents. Losing lots of things!!
2. Relationships : with your teenagers, with your aging parents, with your grown children, with your spouse and girlfriend/boyfriend.
3. Business: what's your dream, what do you want to be when you grow up, system structures accountability
4. Health and fitness. I taught aerobics for 24 years. Learn to increase your strength, flexibility whole program.
