Before IBM, Shaw-chin held various roles helping public and private sector leaders create optimally performing teams and received the 40 under 40 Award through the National Leaders Council. Outside of work, Shaw-chin is an avid, cross-format athlete. She received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she received the Dean’s Recognition Award, and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with high honors.
