Seeing and believing is an essential need of Leaders. Believing that all things scan be measurably improved and be of mutual benefit to both customer and worker is a practiced belief of leadership. One of the challenges of leaders is to see first and then understand what is actually going on in the business. Process, management and cultural norms form a mix that often clouds the view.
