Ron was the Dean of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, taught finance for over 20 years and worked as an engineer and project manager at a Fortune 500 Company. We discuss a variety of topics including: pursuing a degree in engineering, innovation in the energy industry, the pivot to alternative energy, project management, Ron's research into family led companies and AI disrupting teaching.
