Episode Synopsis
A Born Again Believer Should Not Expect To Die January 28, 2016 Apostle E. White A born again believer should not look to die and go to the grave due to having died already in Christ, and from that death is resurrected a new man without sin and thereby not existing under the penalty of death. Now the entry, reign, and prevailing dominance of death within the world is due to sin. Where there is sin there is death, and where there is no sin there is no death. Now the sin of disobedience, by Adam, provided an entry point for the spirit of death by which it entered into the world and began its reign over the human family and thus continued all the way up unto the coming of Christ, which meant that every human being whose origin connected back to Adam was subject unto the power and bondage of death, and also of the grave. Now having stated that death reigned over the human family up unto the coming of Christ has its significance in the fact that Christ origin is a connection directly to that of God and not Adam, which meant that he was in the world without sin, and having no sin death was unable to reign over him. However, in order to successfully accomplish his mission and reason of having come into the world he had to venture to the seat of death, defeat its power, and take from it its keys of authority to set free the captive of his people, and to make it (death) subject unto every new creature and member of his (Christ) spiritual body. Therefore it was for this cause that he voluntarily surrendered himself unto death for to be taken by it in order to gain entry into its gates. Now the success of the Lord’s mission, in obtaining victory over death, brings us to the point of highlighting how that the victory is now passed on, by spiritual knowledge and enlightenment, to all who are born new creatures in him. As he now live’s and reign over all power and authority, including death, so also does each living member within his holy body. For to claim membership within the body of Christ and subject oneself, by fear, unto the defeated power of death is something that merit’s one’s most urgent consideration concerning speaking truth from their heart. For how can the resurrected body of Christ be regarded a champion over death but yet its members are not? Are how can it be that the Lord has granted power over all the power of the enemy, including death, unto every member of his body and yet no member exercise’s such power and authority given them? In an effort to help one’s heart to be eradicated of the fear of death they must be reminded that sin merit’s death, however in the place where sin does not exist there should not be the fear of death. Now in the body of Christ there is no sin, it does not exist, nor does it exist within any member of his body. For it is for the cause of having fear that one should examine their heart for consolation and confidence of being a new creature. For death pose’s no threat to them who are ordained to walk in the spirit of Christ. For their spiritual resurrection has detached them from having been once connection to the first man Adam: and not from Adam only but from all sin and authority that reign’s over men. For every new creature resurrected in Christ is free from sin, sand having become free from sin they have also become assured by God of eternal life, never to die again. Let no man be troubled if his heart persist in believing against the truth, for the blessed victory of death’s defeat is ordained and set aside only for true worshipper, which are the new creatures in Christ. For every new creature shall receive and embrace the knowledge of the truth as it is revealed unto the spiritual church body. The spirit speaks expressly that the time has come to make preparation for transformation, therefore one’s faith has to be exercised in looking towards life rather than death, for if your faith is exercised in looking towards death then you shall indeed die. The new creatures in Christ shall not come before the judgment seat of God to be judged but shall join with the Lord in exercising judgement on those overcome by death. It is for the reason of having become members of Christ spiritual body that they have such liberty in judgement, for where the spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty. For even now, every new creature in Christ is justified without law, meaning they are not subject to the laws of man or those of nature, for they are the sons of God inspired by love the same as Christ when he was in the flesh. One must understand that whatsoever man is yet connected to the first man Adam is also subject unto authority and death, but he that is new in Christ is delivered from death's power. Behold I say again that it is only the man who surrenders his old man unto Christ for to be crucified and buried in him and then become resurrected from such death by the operation of God, causing him to become totally detached from all things natural and is made one with the spirit of the Lord, being advance unto the height and shared inheritance of Christ. For many profess themselves to have obtained such status already, however all who make such claim shall be proven by the challenge of death, for only the new creatures and true heirs with Christ shall victoriously prevail within the approaching encounter. Let it be understood that this knowledge is a forewarning of the Lord’s coming, therefore let him that hath an ear hear, and do according to his election. Amen
