Meet Matthew Ablakan. Matthew asked a simple question in his teenage years: "How do people survive with a $30,000.00 a year income?". He realized as he unpacked this question, you cannot LIVE off this income. With zero financial support, he started learning about the different vehicles to build wealth. 
After a deep dive into various options, he started to focus on real estate and has never looked back. His first investment was a pre-construction project. A simple concept is what made the decision for him. It was this: "Landlords make money while they sleep". That was his lightbulb moment! 10 years later, he has built an incredible portfolio of properties for himself and his family!
Using his experience watching his parents build their convenience store, he was exposed to all sorts of real life scenarios in business. Sales, marketing, inventory, accounting and so much more. He decided he will learn as he built, stayed focused on building a cash machine and Matthew has built an amazing business for himself.
Matthew and I take a journey down how his parents migrated to Canada, the emotional connection to material things, making new choices and taking risk to build a better future for yourself. Sometimes you have to make choices against the grain to drive you forward.

His business is very unique in the way that he has setup real estate, mortgage and insurance services all within his four walls. He is vertically integrated and can service his clients needs in house. He and his team have created an amazing brand and created a one-stop shop!
