Recently in a coaching session a client asked me, "why should we persevere if nothing ever works out? Why should we keep trying if it only gets harder?". During the session I answered her questions and reaffirmed her worth and value. But it really got me thinking through the week. Why do I choose to persevere? When I take a good look through the looking glass (mirror) and see myself, what things about me spark a flame and give me the umph to get up and get going?!
