One year ago, the members of SAG-AFTRA went on a historic strike that lasted for 118 days and resulted in a deal valued at over 1 billion dollars, but, with fewer shows on the air, and less auditions coming our way, many actors have been left wondering "was the SAG strike worth it?". Well this week, a member of the SAG-AFTRA negotiating committee, Erin Fritch joins the show to discuss all things post-strike, and share her tips for actors who are maybe feeling frustrated at this time.

Some of her credits include her Broadway debut in the revival of Neil Simon’s Barefoot in the park, guest star appearances on House of Cards, The Good Fight, Will & Grace, Law & Order, and Ugly Betty, AND she has appeared in over 20 national commercials.
