This is the day the Lord has made, let's rejoice in it and make today a masterpiece!
Today is Speak Life Saturday (The Faith Accelerator)

Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 
Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 
Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

 August is a time when it's hot, which means there may be an increase in pressure. God uses pressure at times to mature us, and it's important to remember that pressure can be therapeutic. For example, a massage therapist applies pressure to your body to break it free from restrictions. 
If you experience an increase in pressure, it's important to keep your eyes up looking for opportunities to do good. Something else that helps is going for walks with God. Take 10-30 minutes to go for walks with him. This season is a reminder to keep walking with God.
