Here is today's communion meditation.
Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."
The other day we looked at Ephesians 6:19 which says, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel."
 And 1 Corinthians 4:1 says that God has made us to be stewards of the mysteries of God. 
In my book "Cracking Heaven's Code." there is a chapter on the mysteries of God and how they serve as the rules that govern the way our bodies work.
The 7th mystery in "Cracking Heaven's Code," is the mystery the unity of one body. 
Ephesians 3:6 says, "This mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel."
There is tremendous power in unity and becoming one... and we have the amazing opportunity to be part of the body and one with the Lord. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the power of becoming one with him and one body and to walk in this insight. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Our bodies are spirit, soul, and physical body, and all three of these function as one. The spiritual and mental/emotional aspects of health impact our physical body because they are all connected. In fact I would say that the spiritual and mental/emotional aspects are even more important.
