Here is today's communion meditation.
This year our message is... God Saved the Best Until Now. 
Psalm 31:19 says, "How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you."
God has some amazing things stored up for us and the Heavens are the storehouse of his bounty. When Jesus turned water into wine, they said he saved the best until now... but before he turned the water into wine, he told his mother Mary that it wasn't his time yet. But Mary put a demand on his supply, and it released some of the good that was stored up.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the good things that he has stored up for us and to help us access and receive them. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
On the days when you are pressed for time or don't feel like exercising ask yourself... What can I do? Maybe you can't do a full workout or your normal routine, but what can you do? This simple question will help you keep moving forward in the harder times.
