 This month our message is, "Reset Your Position," and part of being in position is being on the right path.
Lately we've talked about remembering that God is with you.
Isaiah 30:21 says, " Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”"
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God is with us and he's faithful to lead us. And we are asking him to help us walk in the way he has for us. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
On the days when you have a full schedule and don't have time for a full workout try breaking the workout into mini workouts throughout the day.
