Eric works with both athletes and nonathletes focusing on topics such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, sports performance, men’s Issues, and life transitions. Eric uses a collaborative approach, seeing himself as a guide for his client’s work rather than doing the work for them. Eric’s goal is to empower clients to become their authentic selves, increase their emotional intelligence, and live happier and healthier lives.
