Dr. Bill Doubleday is a semi-retired board certified dermatologist who has practiced in Houston over 33 years. He is the 5th generation in his Australian ancestry to own and manage farming and grazing properties.  He owns and manages a cattle, horse, and farming property near Schulenburg, Texas and was one of the very first in Texas to get a permit and grow a test plot of fiber hemp varieties. He also serves on the Texas Industrial Hemp Council.  Dr. Doubleday received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree and dermatology training at The University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston.  Dr. Doubleday is currently included in Texas Monthly’s “Super Doctors Hall of Fame.”  Dr. Doubleday is an advocate for medicinal uses of cannabis products
