Ready to learn the history, philosophy, and practice of an experienced professional in the test prep industry? MEET OUR GUEST Meet Nikki Highfield, owner of Helping Hands Educational Services. Nikki is a native of Cincinnati, OH. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an MBA from Xavier University as well as a M.Ed in Special Education from St. Joseph's University. Nikki spent 15 years working in the financial industry before returning back to the world of education. She started Helping Hands Educational Service in 2014. She focuses on ACT/SAT test prep and academic subject tutoring for students. When Nikki is not helping students, she is spending time with her children either at a Broadway musical or a Xavier basketball game. Nikki is excited to be a member of the National Test Prep Association! She looks forward to continuing to develop relationships with other test prep professionals and growing her business.
