Taylor Howe is the co-owner of Rocky Mountain Pilates and Yoga in Lafayette CO. Her adoption into the Lakota people and discovery of the Red Road punctuates a journey through alcoholism, addiction, and eating disorder that began at the age of 13. She currently lives in a farmhouse with her husband, her mother, and her daughter Lily as well as five rescue dogs and two rescue bunnies.
