Social media is great, but it's full of conflicting information that can create confusion among non-fitness and health experts. This often leads to hesitancy to start a fitness or nutrition program because it's so hard to decipher what's right and what's BS.This episode will hopefully give you some insight on why some of the most common myths are indeed false.Nutrition myths include:1.
