Scott Suma, the author of "Don't Act Like the President," reflects on his mentor, John Basel. Mr. Basel was a World War II veteran who spent his life as a barber. Scott tells us that John taught him important lessons about life that he carries with him to this day. That is, personal humility and a compassion for everyone.
