Barry's guest for this episode is Mandi Cross. Mandi is the university's Cloud team lead. She has 20 years of experience in higher education IT, working her way up from a starting role with student desktop support, into systems administration, service desk management, and now leading a team of Cloud engineers and architects at UArizona. Mandi has a bachelors degree in Near Eastern Studies and is currently studying addiction psychology, showing no matter how varied your interest or educational background, you can always use it in IT.
