It's not too often we get to talk about an application or platform which has already been retired, but that is exactly the case this week. XJ Music was a competitor in the mobile music streaming space for a time, but the founder Charney Kaye decided to go in a different direction with it...and the reasons why are very insightful for anyone going in the direction of building a mobile app.
