When you change your environment, you may find the tendency to get anxious or excited - or maybe both. The key to remember is that you don't change WHO YOU ARE just because you're in a different environment or situation. You are still you, no matter where you are or what is going on.
This might seem self-explanatory, but is still important to remember because in this new world of constant change and turmoil, we can experience different levels of stress due to these new "environments." All that is happening is your brain is reacting to something new it has never seen or experienced before, which naturally causes some confusion and anxiety.
