Bob Brumm is the Encouragement Engineer. Whether he is addressing salespeople or college students, his goal is to turn negative beliefs into something positive. He has a degree in accounting, but works as a systems programmer. We spoke about how we went from accounting to programming, where the motivation for becoming the Encouragement Engineer came from, and how public speaking has impacted his career and business.
