Oops. Well, for the first time in over a year - I dropped the ball. Okay, in the case of this week's episode, the puck. Guess that's fitting given the general theme this week. DON'T BE SO FUCKING SERIOUS.
Took a minute and looked back at the most recent episodes and ... holy shit. It's been a heavy and serious ride this year so far. I mean, makes sense. It's been a tectonic time and I share what's going on and the lessons that arise. The lesson this week? Sometimes you gotta take a breath, a step back and give yourself a fucking break. That would be me talking to me. So, this week, an amusing interlude, which includes my getting to see my beloved Vegas Golden Knights and visit some places that really ground me. It also includes me deflecting a hockey puck with my kneecap. (See previous link to that.). In any case ... humor and knowledge nuggets abound in this week's episode.
