We have former Dodger, 2x World Series Champ, NL Rookie of the year, 5x all star and Silver Slugger Steve Sax on the podcast today! I was so excited to talk to Steve and learn all about his playing days and what he's up to now.Steve tells an amazing story of how advice from his father helped him out of "the yips", what it was like coming to play for the Dodgers right at the start of "Fernandomania", and if he thinks the reaction to Shohei Ohtani is similiar.We relate on living with grief and how we honor the loved ones we've lost, as Steve has with the foundation he created in his late son's honor, The Capt. Sax Foundation. In an effort to raise money for the cause, Steve partnered with MLB to digitize a painting, "Babe and the Kids," by award-winning sports artist Opie Otterstad.
