I sat down and spoke to the Founder of Gallivant Africa and Gallivant Radio, Miriro Matema. Miriro and I discussed how she fell into travel journalism and her intention and goal behind starting Gallivant Africa. I then spoke to her about her vision behind Gallivant Radio and why she felt having a dedicated travel radio station was important for Africa and the travel media.We talked about the challenges she has faced starting the station and where it stands now.
