Abigail Morgan Prout is a passionate advocate for poetry as a medium of cultivating professional leadership. Specializing in feminine-forward leadership through online courses called Spiral Leadership and in-person retreats, She has worked with thousands of leaders throughout her 23 year career as a leadership coach. For the last 20 years she has worked as a professional Co-Active coach and has spent the last 7 years as faculty for the Co-Active Training Institute, facilitating their coaching and leadership courses and as a blogger.  She returned with her husband Clive to Washington State to live on the small island where she grew up to raise their two children, Iona and Jax. She can be found rambling, singing, and listening in the coastal forest every morning with her silky black lab, Bella.  Walk Deep is the winner of the 2021 Homebound Poetry Prize and will be published by Homebound Publishing October 4th.
