Taking a stroll around the block on this for Sunday morning, I share with you how my sleeping patterns have changed in the last couple of years. As a child I was a brilliant sleeper, like most I guess. This started to change around 2003, when I was slowly heading towards my first burn out. Thankfully, I did pick up a few things to cope. I reference Ho’oponopono in this episode, as well as the book “wie wir ticken” by Till Roenneberg. What I forgot to mention is how do we early nights of the day are very special to me. The quiet, the pristine quality of the day like new snow. Spiritual traditions say between 3 and 4am is it the spirit hour, when we are most open to commune with them - it’s a wonderful and inspiring idea I think. Take care, I hope you enjoy this one 💞
