What happens when you come out of a depressive episode? For me it’s a lot of cleaning, re-organizing, decluttering. Taking care of everything that’s been stagnating when I was depressed. Trying to organize stuff in such a way that my life will be as easy to manage as possible in case I relapse. My pantry is a beautiful case in point. Although I actually went in to test if the acoustics were better if I did. Let me know if you hear a difference between the pilot in this episode, I don’t think I do. Also do you prefer with or without the music?
