But despite doing well they never feel good enough or fulfilled.

Instead, they feel exhausted and trapped by their current circumstances...

They struggle to be present, and enjoy what they do because their minds are so busy going through endless mental to-do lists…

They often feel guilty for not doing enough and feel selfish if they even think about saying no or putting their needs before others.

I teach these women that putting themselves first and standing up for what they want does not make them selfish bitches...

It means they are embracing their own power, taking full ownership, and taking the freedom to create and live life on THEIR terms... 🔥
