Lauren is “A Business & Career Coach who helps entrepreneurs and influencers launch/scale their businesses to earn more while experiencing more freedom”Through her coaching, Lauren brings over 15 years of expertise in project management, business operations, strategy and people leadership to ensure her clients not only overcome their limiting beliefs but have the structure in place to take action. Prior to becoming a Career Coach, Lauren worked in a Canadian telecommunication's corporate environment. 
There, she went from entry-level to Director within 6 years, won multiple awards, spoke at several corporate events for women, black professionals, youth as well as assumed the role of marketing and communications lead for the Black Professionals Network. 
In 2021, Lauren, a wife and mother of two, quit her multiple 6 figure corporate job in Toronto and relocated with her family to Los Angeles, California in order to explore a new calling in entrepreneurship and coaching. 
Now she leads her own multi-6 figure practice and those who have benefited from her coaching have gone on to become stronger leaders, multi-six figure entrepreneurs, higher income earners, and have found success in ways that allows them to show up as their whole authentic selves.
