Today we're looking at one of the most powerful, humbling and liberating questions that we can ever ask ourselves. It's a question that comes into its full power in the moments when we are feeling resistance or resentment to someone. The question is: What is my equivalent? It’s a horrible question, because in those moments when we want someone to change their behaviour, the ego is having a field day. There's a full sense of me versus them, and it’s a wonderful place for the ego identity to hang out. But then in comes this question, which completely rewires our thought patterns and takes us somewhere new.
