The calendar year has ended and a new calendar has begun. This time of year is a very potent time collectively where people all around the world are casting their visions forward. There is something very beautiful about a new year that creates a portal for people to consider who they are and where they are going. But how many of us have made new year’s resolutions only to forget about them a few weeks later?
In this episode, I offer an alternative way of thinking about how to set yourself up for the best year yet. And it starts with dropping the idea that you have to have your best year yet! I share why I did away with a yearly review and new year’s resolutions and what I do now to keep myself aligned.
I talk about carving out intentional time to constantly and consistently check in with yourself and the importance of making that a non negotiable part of your life. I share about having a big vision, breaking things down to a 90 day timeframe and the power of taking one tiny action toward the thing you want to see manifested in your life.
