This is one of the more alarming chapters of ‘Behold A Pale Horse’ and it’s concerning how relatable it is to the border crisis we’ve been discussing lately. You’ve probably heard of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) but you may not be familiar with how and why it was really created and how much power is given over to it during a declared ‘National Emergency’. We also touch on Executive Order 11490, signed by President Carter in 1979, and H.R. 4079 which may or not have been secretly passed and signed into law by President Bush in 1990. Both of these should concern every American who believes we live in a Constitutional Republic.
