Nicole has recently launched a petition campaign to see if Amazon will offer plastic-free packaging, and as of the show's recording, she had received over 356,000 signatures. She has also recently launched, pre-COVID-19, a company of eco-friendly "maker's kits" with her new company, mindoffline.org.
