For many 2020 will be a year they want to forget but I hope for you listening tonight it will be a year you will never want to forget. Why would we want to remember a year that has been marked by so much tragedy on so many levels? The answer is simple. No matter what you and I have been through God has remained faithful, God is still good. Most all of us have a calendar program or reminders built right into our phones to remind us of important dates and things we want to remember. Things like birthdays, anniversaries top the lists but tonight I am going to invite you who are here in the sanctuary to get a rock that we have here for you. If you are watching from home I want to encourage you to find a rock around your house that you can write on. I will explain more about that latter in the message. As we come to the end of 2020 the Lord quickened a story from the Bible to my mind that I wanted to share with you tonight in hopes that it encourages you like it did me. Its from Joshua chapter 4 and it is a great reminder to us about the goodness of God.
