Brian D. Smith became well acquainted with grief in 2015 after the sudden passing of his fifteen year old daughter, Shayna. This devastating heartbreak forced him to ask the good questions of why and how and where is she now. Using his love of research and the need to understand life and death from a logical perspective he delved into metaphysics, quantum physics, Near Death Experiences, Shared Death Experiences, mediumship and world religions. Today is a celebrated author, podcast interviewer, grief and life coach and serves on the board of the non-profit HelpingParentsHeal.org.
