In this farbrengen, we had a deep discussion of two of my favorite sichos from the Rebbe:
One of them calls upon us to experience gashmiyus as an extension of our ruchniyus, as the Mitteler Rebbe did, and by using the Mitteler Rebbe's maamarim as a tool to elevate ourselves to this state.
The other, said by the Rebbe a few months later, calls upon us to try to be ashirim, starting with spiritual wealth and then flowing into literal, financial success - which we intend to use to facilitate even greater spiritual success.
