Episode Synopsis

Jackson Laundry is a professional middle-distance Canadian triathlete, ranked #25 globally by the Profession Triathlete Organization. While studying at The University of Guelph, he decided to focus on Triathlon while starting a coaching relationship with James Loaring and remains with him. Jackson has 4 Ironman 70.3 Victories and 15 podiums since his debut race in 2017. In this episode, I talk to Jackson about who he is, the challenges he has faced, how to build FTP (Functional Threshold Power), and so much more.
