As a former pre-diabetic who healed her body through proper nutrition and recovery, she understands what both new recreational lifters and highly competitive lifters alike face when it comes to making and managing nutrition changes. Therefore in this episode, we chatted about nutrition before, during, and after training and competition, as well as some of the common mistakes lifters make when it comes to nutrition.
