Having balanced her training with a full-time nursing job, since turning pro she has gone from strength to strength. This is not just as an athlete, but in her own coaching services she offers. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about her prep for Arnolds this year, her progress so far through strongwoman and her plans for the future.
