Listen "#197 Dr. Michael Mash"
Episode Synopsis
It was an absolute pleasure to have this guy as a guest on Strength Chat this week. In this episode I was joined by the founder of Barbell Rehab and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Michael Mash. Getting involved in strength training is a good entry point to get people moving more, however, a lot of people can be reluctant to do this. This is because of the stigma around all strength training being just powerlifting or weightlifting. That’s not necessarily the case. In this episode we chatted about the barriers to getting involved in barbell and strength training, and solutions to break down these barriers.
