Dr. Xu (Kevin) Wang, an agricultural engineer working as an assistant professor at the Gulf Coast Research and Education Center in Florida discusses his broad interest and experience working at the intersection of computer science, electrical engineering, agricultural engineering, plant breeding, and his research pertaining to breeding better-tasting strawberries.
