In this episode of Streaming Science, AESC student Shelby Andersen interviews Dr. Wes Peterson about his work as an agricultural economist. Dr. Peterson became interested in economics after spending time in Africa with the Peace Corps. Dr. Peterson is a professor and researcher in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Dr. Peterson is hoping that his research will improve the lives of people in Africa through economic development.
