We talk to Paula Moore - Startup founder, investor, author and the first female A&R research executive in the music industry. From her early days of falling in love with the excitement of concerts and the community that came along with it, Paula found herself an important part of the Dallas, Texas music scene booking bands and making a name for herself as having an ear for what was new and exciting. This would lead to her working as an executive at two major label groups and building the industry’s first A&R research platform, connecting A&R executive staff, scouts, artists and data.
