The other day, Heartland Institute Vice President Jim Lakely was asked to be on the Tony Katz Today show to talk about a new Heartland Institute/Rasmussen poll that caused a media earthquake. The poll asked people who mailed in their ballots in the 2020 presidential election if they signed ballots that weren't theirs, voted in a state that is not their permanent residence, and other acts of voter fraud. To our shock, one-in-five mail-in voters admitted to at least one form of criminal voter fraud.
