Listen "Episode 60: "Lost in Wonder" with Artist Elle Limebear"
Episode Synopsis
Every year I gravitate towards an album I feel God wants me to lean on and listen to on repeat. This year He led me to “Lost in Wonder” by Christian Artist and worship leader Elle Limebear. From dance worthy jams to tempos that remind me to be present in His presence, every track moves a different part of my heart.Elle has lived her life between two worlds. As the daughter of Delirious? front man, Martin Smith, Elle has experienced first-hand the thrill of stadiums filled with people while on tour around the world. As a worship leader and youth pastor in Brighton, UK, she is immersed in a close-knit, daily ministry within her community. She grew up seeing the global church and her local church worshipping God simultaneously.A month ago, in the midst of the covid-19, I had the opportunity to chat with Elle from her home in Brighton about Lost in Wonder, that released in February of this year. We also covered a few extra topics talking about favorite drinks to overcoming fear, and her beautiful pair of gold earrings she often wears. I had to know where she found them. Elle is making music for the future generation and her songs from “Lost in Wonder” serve as a reminder that this same Maker of all the things we see is the very one who created us. Her voice is relevant, needed, and I am so grateful for her bold obedience. I cannot wait for you to meet this inspiring friend and hear her story. You will find all of this and more in our fun chat, again, I am beyond grateful for this friend. "Lost in Wonder" is available wherever you stream your music.
