Jeff Wald, founder of WorkMarket and author of The End of Jobs: The Rise of On-Demand Workers and Agile Corporations provides a data-driven approach to the future of work, namely through building enterprise software to provide organization to the chaos of HR details. He is now putting his mind toward the building of a skills taxonomy that could both drive organizational strategy and open up opportunity for the independent workforce.
