Then, he's a husband planning a deadly summer getaway for his wife in "Variations on a Theme" (originally aired on CBS on February 7, 1956). Finally, we'll hear Baer in his signature radio role in "Westbound" from Gunsmoke (originally aired on CBS on January 3, 1953).
