As president Colivn prepares an address to the nation about the conflict with citizens outside the wall, reporter Arthur Wiggins overtakes the nation's radio station to tell everyone the truth about the other side. This episode was written by Christian Baltz and preformed by Christian Baltz as Arthur Wiggins, and Grace Kubek as the Radio Engineer.
