God of infinite goodness, Throughout the ages you have persevered in claiming and reclaiming your people: renew for us once more the offer of salvation that we will bear the fruits of repentance; through Jesus Christ our Saviour, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen
